Chief Executive Officer

Anshuman Sinha is a Principal in Optizm Global and serves as Managing Partner.

Anshuman brings in 21 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition and Staff Augmentation
(Executive Search, Recruitment, Staffing & Head Hunting, RPO), Business Operations, Digital Marketing (Social Media, SEO, SMO, SMM, Pay Per Click, Responsive Web Design & Development) Agency, State & Federal RFP Response. He has extensive experience in setting up offshore development center from ground-up and BOT model (Build-Operate-Transfer).

He has held P&L responsibilities for worldwide operations, and established successful offsite development centers in Mumbai (India) and Pune (India). He has also managed the establishment of new sales center based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Anshuman earned his B.S. in Geology from the Science College, Patna, India, his MBA from L.N.M.I. in India, and continued his management studies at the University of California, Irvine. He lives in Cerritos, California with his wife and two sons. More…


Rajeev Singh,
Chief Operating Officer

Rajeev Singh is a Principal in Optizm Global and serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer.

Rajeev has over 22 years’ experience in IT and Business Consulting Operations and Management, including Finance, Legal, and Human Resources. He has helped numerous clients identify and establish their competitive advantage and primary markets, and has been involved with both start-up as well as established ventures. In his previous role he headed up Worldwide Business Affairs of an IT Consulting Company, looking after day-to-day Operations of the Company. He was also in charge of technical staffing, retention, and replacement services. In another past engagement as Vice President of a Financial Consulting Company Mr. Singh supervised India and China operations, including Project and Management Consulting, Foreign Collaborations, Project and Corporate Financing, Business and Marketing Partnerships, Market Research, Government Liaison, Stock Exchanges, Merchant Banking and Foreign Exchange Operations. Terry A. Hull, Director,
Business Development, Texas

Terry Hull is Optizm Global’s Co-Director of Business Development based in Texas. In a career of over 25 years, Terry Hull has held key executive positions and consulted with small to large corporations in industries as diverse as aerospace and security, education and entertainment. Focusing on strategic planning and business development, and on a wide range of international business issues such as corporate structure, equity funding, technology productization, and revenue capture, Mr. Hull has successfully facilitated new product introductions and revenue turnarounds, built go-to-market teams, established key industry partners, closed reference sales, and acquired equity funding.

His corporate references include Electronics For Imaging, International Thomson Publishing, Waterloo Maple Software, Computational Technologies, TCI Software Research and BNC. For these companies Mr. Hull has built business relationships and partnerships that have included Aerospace Corporation, Boeing, SAIC, Lockheed-Martin, GE, and Apple; government agencies including NASA, JPL, the U.S. Navy, the Federal Reserve, and DOE; higher education institutions, including the Naval Postgraduate School and Johns Hopkins University; and technology vendors, including IBM, Microsoft, Sybase, Sun, Autodesk, iLOG, and others.
