We are currently searching for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our sales team.
Primary Function:
- A strategic-minded sales professional (HUNTER) with full-cycle sales skills including researching within the vertical as well as identifying target accounts.
- You are a self-starter who can cold-call and take ownership of marketing-generated leads.
- This remote position will rely primarily on outstanding virtual selling skills.
- As part of the early growth team, this is an opportunity to define and grow into sales and customer success leadership roles.
- You will essentially be the CEO of your quota, your accounts, and your customers – you will have the ability to define what will lead to your success in your area.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Sell products to mid-size and enterprise accounts
- End-to-end sales cycle skillsets and ownership (Research ➔ Prospect ➔ Qualify ➔ Present ➔ Close ➔ On-Board ➔ Nurture ➔ Upsell)
- Understand the prospect’s business processes, map offerings to areas of high impact, and use value propositions / ROI throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver revenue by nurturing accounts and through value-based product demonstrations
- Accountable for delivering a plan that will lead to hitting your quota
What will make you a great fit:
- 3+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive/SDR/ISR in Enterprise software, preferably in Saas
- Process-driven, with superb spoken and written communication skills
- Strong discovery skills
- Experience quantifying and articulating ROI
- Experience in transportation/logistics, field services, and energy verticals, a plus
- Strong capacity to develop relationships with prospects
- Comfortable with detailed conversations both at a business and a technical level
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
