Position: Digital Marketing Manager

  • Manage the Marketing Budget and Google PPC / Paid Campaigns / Organic Lead gen / SEO / Website / Branding

Job Description:

  • MUST have experience with inbound lead generation & managing a team.
  • Implement digital marketing with ownership over channel spend and strategy
  • Proven leadership with running (leading) a team to build, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns to meet any, and all marketing needs and initiatives (e.g., brand awareness, user generation, app installs, revenue optimization)
  • Strong ability to multitask and stay current with Industry trends and articulate a strong and informed view on digital media channels
  • Leverage relationships with platform partners (Google and Facebook, etc.) to rapidly identify, evaluate and deploy platform-specific best practices and pilot products to the company accounts
  • Use transaction-level data to increase optimization of our digital marketing spend
  • Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting across all digital marketing channels
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing and design leadership team to build our brand
  • Strong understanding and experience in graphic design.
  • Experience and understanding of SEO with proven success
  • Strong brand creativity and understanding of mental health and substance industry
  • Strong production background
  • Strong content writing experience
  • Ability and understanding how to manage off-site digital marketing team to perform results

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or equivalent experience.
  • 3 + years’ experience in generating inbound leads both paid and organic
  • 3 + years’ experience in managing off-site team & delivering results
  • 3 + years’ experience with content management systems
  • 3 + years’ experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation software
  • 3 + years’ experience with popular social media platforms
  • 3 + years’ experience with Google Analytics or another analytics platform
