Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • Develop, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver the marketing and sales plans/strategies/budget aligned with the corporate goals of the company.
  • Implement digital marketing with ownership over channel spend and strategy
  • Proven leadership by running (leading) a team to build, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns to meet any, and all marketing needs and initiatives (e.g., brand awareness, user generation, revenue optimization)
  • Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting across all digital marketing channels
  • Build and execute a digital marketing plan.
  • Setup PPC ad campaign and monitor the efficiency
  • Focus on ROI
  • Working with senior management team to deliver long-term strategies to expand commercial potential.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, using this information to inform strategy adjustments and stay ahead in the market.
  • Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on marketing and sales activity
  • Developing and executing plans that profitably increase sales volume, distribution, and market share
  • Tracking KPIs and taking action to improve performance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to MBA or degree level, equivalent level of experience.
  • 10 + years of senior sales and marketing leadership experience and success, with demonstrable results.
  • Background in the FMCG environment, Modern Trade/ Personal Care would be preferred.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and PPC Ad campaign
  • Execution of brand building and development in new markets.
  • Team leadership and development.
  • Proven commercial strategist.
  • Strong knowledge and application of digital marketing, social media platforms, and advertising techniques.
  • Proven track record in growing a team, while sustaining impressive revenue growth
  • Ability to create cross-functional go-to-market strategies
