Role Overview:
The CEO will be the driving force behind strategic direction, operational success, andlong-term vision. This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented leader to build and scale a high impact cybersecurity company, shaping its culture, product offerings, and customer relationships. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership team, and key stakeholders to
set and execute strategic goals, raise capital, and enhance the company’s posi on in the competive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the company’s
  growth, while adap ng to the rapidly evolving cybersecurity market.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, build rela onships with investors, and manage board relationships to ensure the company has the necessary capital and strategic guidance.
• Team Building & Culture: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance team of cybersecurity experts, engineers, sales professionals, and marketers. Foster a culture of innova on, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key customer segments. Drive market entry strategies and increase revenue across diverse markets.
• Product Development & Innovation: Oversee the development and continuous improvement of cybersecurity products and solutions to ensure they meet market needs and are at the forefront of innovation.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure effec ve business operations, scaling the organization and its processes as the company grows. Optimize financial performance and profitability.
• Public Relations & Industry Thought Leadership: Represent company in media, at conferences, and in key industry events. Position the company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or senior execu ve at a growth-stage company, ideally in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging trends, threats, and regulatory requirements.
• Successful track record in fundraising, managing investor rela ons, and driving capital growth.
• Excellent leadership, communica on, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment with a focus on results and opera onal efficiency.
• A strong network within the cybersecurity ecosystem, including venture capital, government, and enterprise customers.
