Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities by targeting companies needing recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services. Build and maintain strong client relationships, present service offerings, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through market research, cold outreach, and networking.

Promote the firm’s end-to-end recruitment solutions and EOR services to HR and business leaders.

Understand client hiring and compliance needs to tailor proposals effectively.

Negotiate service agreements and close business deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
